The Treatment

During your treatment, the GentleLASE Plus System emits a gentle beam of light that passes through the skin to the targeted hair follicle where it is absorbed. The laser energy is transformed into heat, which destroys the hair follicle without damaging the delicate pores and structures of the skin. Most visible hairs vanish immediately. Over a period of 10 to 14 days, the remaining hair disappears.

The procedure can take as little as 10 to 15 minutes depending on the area treated. Underarms, bikini and facial areas can be completed in a series of 15 minute sessions. Legs, backs and larger areas can take one to two hours.
